An amazing photograph from Nevine Zaki, taken amongst the Egyptian riots. So much peace and love in this picture, truly astonishing. Even with whats going on, the discipline it takes for a mass prayer is unbelievable and to top it off the people protecting the Muslims praying are Christians. Personally, i think there is a lot to be learnt from this photograph.

This awesome motion painting video is a collaboration between graffiti artist Blu and mixed media artist David Ellis. The effort and dedication to make this video is phenomenal and the outcome is truly incredible. I particularly like the contrast between the two styles. Blu’s approach consists of his famous black and white paintings in a more rough and rugged style, whereas David Ellis’ more symmetrical and colourful designs are a polar opposite but somehow work in complete harmony. Amazing!
J-Dilla, The Wu-Tang and incredible animation by 1000styles! I’d definitely choose the path of ‘The Snake Style’…what dya reckon? The technique requires arm and finger strength.
Different takes on map design. One using illustrations and one using typography…can’t decide which one i like the most. Might give the illustration one a go myself though. Can’t big up the artists unfortunatley as i don’t know whooooo they arrrrrreee!
